Liam had wanted to make a Gingerbread house at Christmas time. I don't know where he saw the idea but he kept mentioning it for weeks. We didn't have much spare time then and frankly, we didn't need the extra sugar then either. So we spent Sunday baking and decorating a chocolate cookie house for Valentine's Day.
