Harry and Harriette

As promised, we began to clean out the shed.  We had to stop when we came across a packet of grass seeds though.  There's nothing better to do with grass seeds than to make a 'Hairy Harry'!
It was a really nice process making them as Liam is now starting to have more ideas of his own and choose materials by himself rather.  I made mine out of an old lamp base that we also had found in the shed.
I hope they grow.  It's a bit iffy because the packet did have a used by date of 2009 but. . . fingers crossed!

We are off to a party today and have prepared presents and cupcakes.  I'm not always sure what the recipients thing of homemade/reused paper but it's lots of fun to wrap and I think it helps Liam think about the giving process a little bit more thoughtfully.
